I have to say that my stay at Iva was terrific. The staff were very helpful. I am very grateful for all the wonderful care they provided to me and it was always with a smile. I highly recommend Iva if you are needing short term rehab. I want to give a special shout out to Alicia and Ray in dietary for everything they did to make my meals enjoyable.
This is the second time I have been here for PT. This is a really nice facility. It’s not like being at home but when needed it is a great option. It’s not a five star hotel so don’t expect everything to be perfect because that is not realistic. The housekeeping staff were very nice. Brian was super helpful. The nursing staff took time to explain things which set my mind at ease. The Therapy department was wonderful, Paulette is a Godsend and helped me so much. The activities were awesome, Risa is so creative and uplifting. Ray in dietary always made sure I received my requests. I really enjoyed my talks with the operations manager. He always made himself available and visited all the patients frequently. I am happy to be going home but it is nice to know that Ivan Post Acute is there when I need them.
The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Their professionalism, hospitality and genuine care truly set them apart! I can’t brag on this facility enough. They have been a Godsend, so happy that God led me here. I made wonderful new friends while receiving the best care, activities and therapy at Iva Post Acute. The activities were wonderful(especially the strawberry smoothies). It is decorated so pretty for Spring. I asked for some pamphlets before leaving so I can recommend them to my friends and family. I am so happy to be back on my feet but I am going to miss the staff so very much.
